पंचायत चुनाव को लेकर रोहतास जिले के वैसे शस्त्र अनुज्ञप्तिधारी जिन्होंने अपने शस्त्रों की अनुज्ञप्ति पर धारित शस्त्रों Quotex सत्यापन का सत्यापन पिछले दिनों नहीं कराया है, वैसे शस्त्र अनुज्ञप्तिधारियों को जिला प्रशासन ने एक और मौका दिया है. जिलाधिकारी धर्मेंद्र कुमार ने इसके लिए आदेश जारी किया है. 26 व 27 सितंबर को शस्त्रों का सत्यापन कराने का आदेश दिया गया है. इसके लिए थानावार अंचलाधिकारी को दंडाधिकारी के रूप में प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है.
बार काउंसिल ऑफ इण्डिया ने कहा और नहीं बढ़ेगी वकीलों की सत्यापन की तिथि
झारखंड के कई बार एसोसिएशन ने बार काउंसिल से तिथि बढ़ाने का आग्रह किया था, लेकिन बार काउंसिल ने तिथि फिर से आगे बढ़ाने से इनकार कर दिया है।
बार काउंसिल ने स्पष्ट किया है कि पहले भी दो बार तिथि बढ़ायी जा चुकी है, इसलिए अब 15 नवंबर के बाद कोई भी ब्योरा स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
झारखंड में वकीलों की संख्या करीब 30 हजार हैं, जिसमें से केवली 16493 अधिवक्ताओं ने ही अपने प्रमाणपत्रों का सत्यापन कराया है। जिसका मतलब है कि 13000 वकील बिना सत्यापन के ही प्रैक्टिस कर रहे हैं।
बार काउंसिल द्वारा निर्धारित समय पर यदि वकीलों ने प्रमाणपत्रों का सत्यापन नहीं कराया और नियमित प्रैक्टिस करने का प्रमाण नहीं दिया तो उनकी प्रैक्टिस पर रोक लगा दी जाएगी और लाइसेंस भी रद्द कर दिए जाएंगे।
क्यों पड़ी सत्यापन की जरूरत
कोरोना संक्रमण के कारण अदालतों की कार्यवाही, अब ऑनलाइन की जा रहा है। इस व्यवस्था को संसद की स्थायी समिति द्वारा स्थायी करने पर भी अपनी राय दी गयी है। इसी के तहत सुप्रीम कोर्ट की ई-कमेटी द्वारा देश के सभी वकीलों का ब्योरा एकत्रित किया जा रहा है।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट की कमैटी ने बार काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया (बीसीआई) से ऐसे सभी वकीलों का पूरा ब्योरा मांगा है जो अभी प्रैक्टिस कर रहे हैं। इस आलोक में बार कौंसिल ने सभी बार संघों से पूरा ब्योरा सीधे भेजने का निर्देश दिया है।
जो वकील अपना ब्योरा नहीं देंगे उन्हें नॉन प्रैक्टिसनर वकील माना जाएगा।

वकीलों को बार एसोसियशन के माध्यम से बार कौंसिल ने एक फॉर्मेट भेजा है। वकीलों को नाम, पता, फोन नंबर, व्हाट्सएप नंबर, ईमेल आईडी, इनरोलमेंट नंबर, प्रैक्टिस का स्थान, आवासीय और कार्यालय का पता आदि जानकारी देनी होगी।
